October 2025 - “I try to explain Auditory Transduction” - Jaris Youtube

I recorded and edited this video to practice my DX editing skills, and in the process, also practiced some video editing. I had originally made an animation explaining Auditory Transduction for a Psychoacoustics course while I was in college, and I decided to revisit the script, and re-record it to a professional level.

April 2025 - hersch, “b nice”

I think I might need to expand my vocabulary because again, this project was so fun to work on! Working with “hersch” again, I really tried to focus on the “tails” of the textural flavours. The intro guitar had originally lots of signal noise, so thank you again to iZotope for your RX in helping me create a cleaner source.
On a more personal note, this was the first project I took on after my FND diagnosis, which was rejuvinating to my creative spirit, and truly brought me back to my passion for audio. Once I can dance again, I will definitely be playing this song on blast!

February 2025 - hersch, “breaking ur <3”

This project was a lot of fun to work on! “hersch” is a rising hyperpop focused, Boston based artist. This song has a lot of elements that I wanted to highlight; the kick and bass were especially genere appropriate. The sub-bass frequencies were a trouble child as one could call it, but nothing a little RX and elbow grease couldn’t help with! The use of chiptone and nostalgiac synths were definately a treat to work with; the textural elements and transient quality of everything was definately the highlight of this project!

October 2024 - Mingle Mocktails, Mingle Jingle

Wow! The fast pace of the project was really exciting for me, especially since it was a jingle! We recorded bass, vocals, and background vocals in the span of three days of >2 hour sessions at odd hours for me and the artists. I belive that this was the fastest I’ve ever comped vocals in my life! Definately an exhilarating project to say the least.
