This project was a lot of fun to work on! “hersch” is a rising hyperpop focused, Boston based artist. This song has a lot of elements that I wanted to highlight; the kick and bass were especially genere appropriate. The intro guitar lick was a bit of a trouble child as one could call it, but nothing a little RX and elbow grease couldn’t help with! The use of chiptone and nostalgiac synths were definately a treat to work with; the textural elements and transient quality of everything was definately the highlight of this project!
